Overview
Welcome to JGSC 2023
The 8th Japanese-German Symposium on Classification will be held in Sapporo, Hokkaido on September 30-October 1, 2023.
The 1st Japanese-German Workshop was held on 2005 in Tokyo. Since then, the 2nd in Berlin (2006), the 3rd in Karlsruhe (2010), the 4th in Kyoto (2012), the 5th in Reisensburg (2016), the 6th in Tokyo (2017) and the 7th in Dortmund (2018) have been actively organized by German and Japanese researchers in classification and related fields. As before, selected papers can be published in a special issue of the "Archives of Data Science".
We are looking forward to meeting all of you here at Sapporo!
